I really like the format of the reality-based cases. I think the best way to learn is to try to put yourself in a situation in which you have to solve an actual problem. This is a great resource as form of continuing education for teachers and I am glad New Jersey is affluent enough to embrace it.

This shift has caused the pharmacist/employer relationship to shift from one favoring the pharmacist to one favoring the employer. Sign-on bonuses are rapidly disappearing, interns are having difficulty securing positions and pharmacists are once again becoming over-worked with vacation being handed out as if it were a gift from the gods?

A number of years ago I had Needle Aponeurotomy procedure on my fingers by a private physician. It worked fine but has reappeared as expected. I am now considering Xiaflex. Do any of the VA Hospitals treat dupuytren's with Xiaflex.
